Q: Do you require a contract?

A: Absolutely not! We are confident once you receive our services, you'll want to continue with us. We don't lock you into a contract.

Q: What do I need to provide and how do I prepare for a cleaning visit?

A: We provide all cleaning materials and products needed to complete the general cleaning listed on our services page. Generally, we ask clients with central vacuum systems or canister vacuums to provide those to us to use each visit. If you do not have a vacuum, or would prefer we use ours, we will bring our own HEPA-filtered vacuum. If you have products you would prefer we use, simply leave them out for us. We ask that you have the floors and surface areas you'd like cleaned free of clutter. We take care of the rest!

Q: How do you gain access to my home? Do I have to be here?

A: Many clients choose to provide us with a key or garage door code. This ensures we have access to your home if you are not there. Please note, if a key /code isn't provided and we are unable to gain access to your home during your scheduled visit a $30  fee will apply to the following visit. Your key is kept on a coded key ring and are only taken out of the key locker on the day of your cleaning. Garage and alarm codes are also coded in our daily planner and not kept along your address or full name.

Q: What if I need to reschedule a cleaning visit?

A: If you need to reschedule a cleaning visit, please provide at least 24 hours notice and we will work to accommodate your request within the same week.

Q: What if I need to cancel a cleaning visit?

A: To cancel a cleaning visit, please provide at least 24 hours notice by phone (425) 343-6046 or email (raquel@simplygreencleaningservices.com) to avoid a fee. A $30 cancellation fee will apply if we are unable to gain access to your home and were not advised of a cancellation. The following visit will require more time and will be priced accordingly. For example, if you currently receive service weekly and you cancel a visit, a bi-weekly rate would apply to your next visit. If you are bi-weekly client and cancel a visit, a monthly rate will apply to the following cleaning visit. We will provide you with these rates in your Welcome Package.

Q: How do I pay for my service?

A: We accept cash or check payment. If your check is not honored, a $30 NSF fee will apply.
